Creators are tiered (top / mid / probation) based on the vetting assessment; tiers affect perks and review cadence.

Yes — $50. If your balance is under $50 it carries over to the next month. Payments are ACH (US) or Wise (international).

Silver ($100) needs $1K monthly GMV sustained 2 months; Gold needs $3K × 2; Founder Circle ($400/mo retainer) needs $5K × 3 months. Bonuses pay the following cycle.

You earn $75 when a creator you referred gets approved AND publishes their first content with their code. It pays the following cycle.

No exclusivity required. You can work with non-competitor brands. You just can't promote VAU and a direct competitor (Olipop, ARMRA, Seed, AG1, Bloom…) in the same content.

Yes — a W-8BEN expires 3 years after the year you signed it. We'll ask you to renew it. (US creators use a W-9, which doesn't expire the same way.)

Only if your total VAU income for the year is $2,000 or more (2026 threshold). Below that, no 1099 — but you should still report the income.

Yes — that's the Seeding pathway. We send product with no obligation to post. If you do post, disclosure rules still apply.

Tell us (Support or your dashboard's 'not received' option). We reship immediately at no cost to you.

Yes — either party can end it with 30 days' written notice. Pending commissions are paid on the next regular cycle; your code is deactivated on the effective date.

Verbal disclosure in the first 3 seconds ('This episode is sponsored by VAU') plus written disclosure in the show notes / description. No on-screen text needed for audio-only.

No. For video you need all of: on-screen text, verbal mention in the first 3 seconds, the caption disclosure, AND the platform tool (TikTok Branded Content / IG Paid Partnership). Caption alone isn't enough.
