This Privacy Policy describes how VAU Nutrition LLC ("VAU," "we," "us") collects, uses, and protects personal information through our creator portal at portal.getvau.com and our related communications, including SMS/text messaging.

2. Information we collect

• Contact & profile: name, email, phone number, mailing address, social handles, and content links you provide.
• Program data: application answers, status, submissions, codes, shipments, tax forms, and commissions.
• Communications: emails, SMS, and call records exchanged with our team.
• Technical: log and device data when you use the portal.

3. How we use your information

To operate the creator program: review applications, onboard and verify creators, send program updates and reminders, coordinate gifting and commissions, provide support, and comply with legal obligations (e.g., tax reporting).

4. SMS / text messaging program

If you provide your mobile number and opt in, VAU may send you SMS messages related to the creator program — onboarding steps, application and shipment updates, reminders, and replies to your inquiries.

• Consent: You opt in by providing your number in the portal or by texting us first. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or of participating in the program.
• Message frequency varies based on your activity in the program.
• Message and data rates may apply per your mobile carrier plan.
• Opt out anytime by replying STOP; you will receive one confirmation message and no further texts.
• Help: reply HELP or contact us at creators@getvau.com.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service or messaging delivery (e.g., our SMS provider), is permitted. All other use of text messaging opt-in data and consent is excluded — this information will not be shared with any third parties.

5. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the program (e.g., hosting, email/SMS delivery, payment and tax processing) under confidentiality obligations, and when required by law. As stated above, SMS opt-in data is never shared for marketing.

6. Data retention

We keep personal information for as long as needed to operate the program and meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements, then delete or anonymize it.

7. Your choices & rights

You may access, correct, or request deletion of your information, and opt out of marketing communications, by contacting creators@getvau.com. For SMS, reply STOP to opt out at any time.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

9. Children

The portal and program are for adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect information from children.

10. Changes

We may update this policy; the "Effective" date above reflects the latest version.
