1. Program description
The VAU Creators ProgramSMS service is operated by VAU Nutrition LLC ("VAU," "we," "us"). If you opt in, we send text messages related to the creator program: onboarding steps, application status, gifting and shipment updates, content reminders, collaboration opportunities, and replies to questions you send us.
2. How to opt in
Opt-in is express and always optional. You can opt in either way:
- On our forms: enter your mobile number and check the SMS box on portal.getvau.com/ugc, /creators/apply, /seeding, the seeding address form we send you, or your portal profile. The box is unchecked by default and the disclosures below are shown next to it before you submit.
- By text: send START to +1 321 455 5547.
Consent is not a condition of joining the creator program, of receiving product, or of any purchase. You can decline SMS and still complete every form.

Disclosure version 2026-07-30. Every submission stores which version the creator read, plus whether they granted or declined, with timestamp and IP.
3. Message frequency
Message frequency varies with your activity in the program — typically fewer than 10 messages per month.
4. Cost
There is no charge from VAU for the messages, but message and data rates may apply under your mobile carrier plan.
5. How to stop
Reply STOP to any message from +1 321 455 5547 to opt out at any time. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts. You can also write to creators@getvau.com.
6. How to get help
Reply HELP to any message, or contact creators@getvau.com.
7. Carriers & delivery
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and device, and the service may not be available on all carriers.
8. Privacy
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Sharing with subcontractors that support the service (for example our SMS delivery provider) is permitted; all other use or sharing of text messaging opt-in data and consent is excluded. 9. Eligibility & other terms
